Gunay's Garden is a collection of one 3 bedroom villa and four 2 bedroom villas with a pool and its own restaurant, all near the abandoned village of Kaya Koy. It is run by Saffran Holidays and they have several other 2 and 1 bedroom villas and cottages in the valley.

The Fig Garden is a 3 bedroom stone cottage, surrounded by fruit trees, in Kaya Valley. It shares a pool with one other cottage and is a peaceful haven, somewhere to relax and avoid the stresses of modern day life. See their website for more detail.

Villa Ebohora is a 4 bedroom villa with its own private pool in Kaya Valley. It takes 8 people in comfort. See here for more information.

Kaya Vadi is a small development of 4 detached villas sharing a pool in the Kaya Valley. 3 of the villas will take two couples each and the main house will take up to 7 people. More detail here.

Olive Tree Villa and Villa Zeytin are two 3 bedroom villas, each with its own private pool, in another very rural setting near Saklikent Gorge, about 40 minutes drive south east of Fethiye, half way to the seaside town of Kalkan. They are let by Saklikent Villas.

Frankincense Villas are two 3 bedroom villas with a large (16m) shared swimming pool near Kemer, some 30 minutes drive east from Fethiye. Built from stone and set in farmland surrounded by mountains, it's a perfect place to relax and unwind. See their website for details.
